The MD provides a grant program known as the Community Assistance Board Grant. This program is open to not-for-profit community organizations with the aim of improving social programming, community events, facilities, and other amenities within the municipality.

The grant program has four intake periods throughout the year (January, April, July, and September), and applications are assessed based on how well the project aligns with the MD's community values. The upcoming deadline for grant applications is Tuesday, April 30.
