Per Bylaw 2023-12, a new consumption-based formula for water & wastewater utility rates was introduced January 1, 2024. Changes also include modest increases in overages and monthly fees. These changes reflect a more proportionate method of billing, and are designed to move municipal utility services closer to cost recovery.

The following water rates will be in effect as of january 1, 2024:
