After-hours service is for urgent requests
The MD offers a 24/7 reception service to address time-sensitive resident requests outside of regular working hours.
While most MD staff follow standard office hours, issues like utility disruptions or animals at large can occur anytime. Our urgent call-in service helps connect residents to the necessary departments and resources during evenings and weekends.
How to access the service
To reach an MD department after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays or at any time during the weekend, dial the main administration office number 780.849.4888 (toll-free 1.866.449.4888) and you'll be connected to a live agent. The relevant department will then review and respond to your call on a priority basis.
Remember: the after-hours call-in service is specifically designed for urgent resident requests. To alleviate pressure on this service, kindly reach out for any non-urgent questions, concerns, or complaints during regular business hours from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Residents may also submit a complaint or service request through the Alert the MD form on the website.
