Facility reopens in the spring
A friendly reminder that the sani-dump located in Smith will shut down for the season at the end of business on Friday, September 13, 2024.
The Smith Sani-Dump is located beside the MD's water treatment plant east of the Hamlet of Smith. This public-use sanitary waste disposal facility opens for service in the spring and closes for the season prior to the fall frost. Specific sani-dump closure dates vary seasonally based on the likelihood of overnight freezing temperatures.
