Proposed Sale of Municipal Land

Pursuant to Section 70 of the Municipal Government Act, the Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124 hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose of a portion of the following municipal property:
Legal Description: SE-23-71-1-5
Land Area: As described as Lot 2 in Smith sketch (outlined in grey on the map 0.5 Acres or 21,780 sq. ft more or less) and described as Schedule “A”.
Zoning: Residential Services (RS)
The Municipal District intends to transfer or dispose of the above-noted property for $1.00, which is less than its current market value.
Petitions against the MD’s proposal to sell the above Lands for less than its market value may be filed with the Chief Administrative Officer, Municipal District Administration Building, 3000 15 Ave. SE, Slave Lake, Alberta T0G 2A0, during regular business hours, not later than 60 days after the last date on which this notice is advertised.
Petitions must comply with the requirements of Part 7 of the Municipal Government Act, and specifically section 224.
