New Flow Point Potable Water Truck Fill System (Flatbush)

As of October 24, the Flatbush community can now benefit from the new Flow Point Potable Water Truck Fill System. This modern setup has permanent signage to help guide users and a user-friendly screen that provides clear instructions on how to operate the system.

To access water, users just need to follow the prompts on the screen. While shifting from the old keylock system—where users simply inserted a key to fill up—may take some getting used to, the MD encourages residents to familiarize themselves with this new process.

The Flow Point System accepts both credit and debit cards, or users can opt to set up an account with the MD office, allowing for payments via an account number and PIN. Please be aware that the new Raw Water Filling System only accepts MD accounts and does not support credit card payments.

Residents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the different access methods for potable and raw water and to obtain an MD account number for a more streamlined experience. The MD appreciates your patience and support as we roll out this new system to improve operational efficiency in our community.
