Remember that for time-sensitive matters outside regular office hours, our 24/7 reception service is available to connect you with the appropriate teams and resources.
Simply call 780.849.4888 or toll-free at 1.866.449.4888. In the event of a fire, medical, or police emergency, DIAL 9-1-1 immediately.
For non-urgent concerns, you can submit a complaint or service request during regular business hours, or use the “Alert the MD” form anytime at mdlsr.ca/report.
