The MD continues to make progress in updating and aligning its legacy land-use legislation framework.

At the July 9, 2025 Regular Council Meeting, Council gave second reading to the proposed amendments to the Municipal Development Plan, Land Use Bylaw, and Animal Control Bylaw, along with the supporting documents.
