Clarification on payment methods for Flatbush Truck Fill

It appears there’s some confusion regarding the different payment methods accepted at the Flatbush Truck Fill Station for the Raw Water and Potable Water Systems. To help clarify, the Potable Water System accepts MD accounts, credit cards, and debit cards, whereas the Raw Water System only accepts MD accounts.

For both systems, the dispensing process will automatically stop once the desired amount of water has been reached. However, if your tank is full or overflowing, you can press the STOP button at any time to halt the process.

Using your MD Account:

Step 1: Enter your 3-digit MD account number and press the ENTER button.

Step 2: Enter your 4-digit PIN and press the ENTER button.

Step 3: Enter the amount of water you need (including the decimal point) and press the ENTER button.

Step 4: Press the START button to begin filling.

Using your Credit Card (Tap):

Step 1: Press the START button.

Step 2: Enter the amount of water you need (including the decimal point) and press the ENTER button.

Step 3: Tap your card on the reader when prompted, and wait for authorization.

Step 4: Press the START button when prompted on the screen to begin filling.
