Members-at-large provide thoughtful insight on important policy matters, ensuring decisions are informed, community-focused, and reflective of diverse perspectives.

Together with public participation, their contributions bring a range of voices to the table, helping ensure municipal priorities align with community needs and improve the quality of services delivered.

The MD is currently seeking applicants to serve as members-at-large for the upcoming term on the following boards and committees:

  • Agricultural Act Appeal Panel – 4 members-at-large
  • Agricultural Service Board – 3 members-at-large
  • Lesser Slave Lake Regional Housing Authority – 1 member-at-large
  • Municipal Planning Commission – 3 members-at-large
  • Slave Lake Regional Library Board – 2 members-at-large
  • Subdivision & Development Appeal Board – 3 members-at-large
