The Lesser Slave Watershed Council is now accepting applications for the Annual Elliot & Rosche Memorial Bursary.

Brian Rosche served as Councillor for the MD from his election in 2005 until his untimely passing in 2020.

Two awards of $1,500 each are available to students residing within the watershed who are pursuing post-secondary education in a science-based program. Eligible fields of study include those related to watershed health, such as environmental science, biology, earth sciences, and geology.
