To lead by example, and in compliance with provincial social distancing recommendations, public access to the MD Flatbush sub-office has been restricted until further notice.
MD staff will continue to work within the Flatbush sub-office; business will continue to be conducted during regular business hours of 8:15am to 4:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays; and essential services will continue to be provided. Please call 780.681.3929 and a staff member will be more than happy to assist you. We’re also happy to connect via FaceTime, Skype or Zoom, or other social collaborative applications where a phone call just won’t suffice.
Where foot-traffic is concerned: there will still be public access to the front mailbox at the Flatbush sub-office, but the doors will remain locked. These items will be retrieved periodically by staff from within the Flatbush sub-office, or arrangements can be made with staff regarding a specific drop-off time.
It is the goal of MD Council and administration to conduct business as usual – albeit with an overabundance of caution regarding the health safety of staff and citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic.
