How do I apply for a position at the MD?

What kind of experience is required for a job at the MD?

Experience requirements will depend on the level and nature of the role in which you’re interested. Sometimes a good work ethic is all that's required. If specific education, experience, licences or tickets are required, this will usually be stated in the job description.

There are no opportunities that match my skills and experience. Can I still apply?

Absolutely! You can apply to a specific opportunity that you feel matches your experience, or you can submit your resume on spec to [email protected]. You can also use our online application form to let us know you're interested in working for the MD. Any of these methods will get you on our radar.

Can I contact the MD directly about an employment opportunity?

Due to the volume of applicants, we discourage direct calls or emails to the MD. How long will my resume and profile be kept on file by the MD?

Your application profile and associated documents are archived in a secure, confidential database. Your profile will be kept on file until it is removed by our Human Resources team.

Should I expect a response to my application?

Due to the volume of applications we receive at the MD, we're unable to respond to all applicants. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

What happens after I apply for an employment opportunity?

Our Human Resources team reviews all applications as they are received. Candidates who meet the requirements of the position(s) being advertised will be contacted via telephone or email to arrange an interview.
