A Notice of Appeal has been received regarding the refusal of a development permit 24-D-024 for heavy truck storage, greater than one (1) unit: up to ten (10) units, office, and three (3) sea cans.
The hearing will take place on November 22, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124, 3000 15 Avenue SE, Slave Lake, Alberta.
Any person deemed to be affected has the right to be present and be heard at the hearing. Written briefs should be submitted to the Clerk of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board no later than November 19, 2024.
