Proposed Intermunicipal Development Plan Bylaw Amendment
Bylaw 2024-17 — Intermunicipal Development Plan Bylaw Amendment No. 1
Pursuant to Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act, it is hereby given notice that the Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124 is considering an amendment to the Intermunicipal Development Plan Bylaw 2014-08 as follows:
a) to change the designation of SE-3-73-6-W5M from Commercial (C) to Light Industrial (LI), as shown on the map.
If you or any group of citizens either support or are opposed to this proposed bylaw amendment and wish to inform MD Council, please deliver a letter addressing your concerns to the MD Administration Office no later than Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. Otherwise, a verbal presentation can be made at the Public Hearing on October 9, 2024, at 10:15 a.m. at the MD Council Chambers.
