Where do I download nomination papers?
All nomination papers must be fully completed before submission. Forms that are incomplete or contain errors will not be accepted.

Due to their security features, the nomination forms cannot be accessed via the MD website. Once downloaded from the provincial website to your computer, these forms can be completed manually or electronically and submitted to the MD.
How do I submit my nomination papers?
Candidates must submit their nomination papers in person to the returning officer at the Main Administration Office in Slave Lake. Appointments must be booked by emailing legislation@mdlsr.ca. Plan to schedule a one-hour appointment.
