Municipal Planning Commission Meeting

Municipal Planning Commission meetings are typically held at the Main Administration Office in Council Chambers. The public is welcome to attend MPC meetings and take part in the MD’s democratic process.

The MPC meets on the third Tuesday of each month, but may be cancelled to accommodate scheduling conflicts or other matters. Notices of schedule changes, meeting cancellations, special meetings and public hearings are announced via the MD website and social media channels.

Meeting agenda packages are uploaded to the MD website two days prior to each scheduled meeting. The MPC reserves the right to change the order of an agenda; therefore, items will not necessarily be considered in the same order as they appear on the agendas.
