The Agricultural Service Board meets on the second Thursday of each month, but may be cancelled to accommodate scheduling conflicts or other matters. Notices of schedule changes, meeting cancellations, special meetings and public hearings are announced via the MD website and social media channels.
Meeting agenda packages are uploaded to the MD website two days prior to each scheduled meeting.
Attending Meetings and Presenting to the ASB
The public is welcome to attend Agricultural Service Board meetings and take part in the MD’s democratic process. Should you wish to appear before the ASB, participate in a discussion item or place an item on a meeting agenda, please contact the Executive Assistant at least 8 working days prior to the respective meeting.
