Appealing a Development Permit
Section 685 of the Municipal Government Act allows for an appeal of these Notices of Decision. An appeal can be made by submitting a written statement containing the grounds for the appeal and accompanied by a $100 appeal fee.
The written appeal can be delivered in person or mailed to the Clerk of the Subdivision & Development Appeal Board at the MD's Main Administration Office located at 3000 – 15 Avenue SE | Box 722 | Slave Lake | AB | T0G 2A0.
