Equipment for area producers
Well-Maintained Ag Implements at Great Rates
The MD maintains and leases agricultural equipment for use by local producers. Fill out a rental agreement form, and an Ag Services representative will get in touch to discuss your options.
Program Basics
We’ll perform a pre-rental checklist with you to ensure the equipment leaves in good condition. You then need to pay a damage deposit that varies by equipment type. This deposit will be refunded once you return the equipment and it has passed a post-use inspection.
When you return the equipment, we'll conduct a post-rental walkthrough with you to ensure the equipment comes back gently used. Rental fees, plus any additional charges, will be collected upon return the equipment.
Thinking of taking advantage of the ag equipment rental program? Please take a moment to review the following ground rules.
- You can only use the equipment on land within the boundaries of the MD
- You must pay a damage deposit that varies by equipment type
- Your deposit will be refunded once you return the equipment and it has passed a post-use inspection
- You can’t use the MD’s rental equipment program for commercial purposes (filling a contract, subletting, etc.)
