Bylaws are created to address the issues and concerns of the residents, as well as to protect the environment, public health and public safety in the Municipality.

Life, Work and Leisure in Lesser Slave River

In the late 1920s and early 1930s there was substantial activity in the Chisholm, Smith, and Sawridge areas. Logging trains brought heavy shipments of logs to the sawmill in Chisholm and provided many jobs for newcomers to the area.
