Watershed Council AGM


The Lesser Slave Watershed Council (LSWC) invites residents to attend its 10th Annual General Meeting taking place on June 16th at the Faust Community Hall from 1:00 to 4:30pm. The LSWC hosts an annual general meeting each June that is open to both members and the general public.

During the event attendees will learn about activities over the past year; LSWC projects, education and outreach initiatives; and more. LSWC accountant Bobby Halliday will present the organization's 2016-17 financial review engagement, and there will be board elections for several positions.

After the AGM, there will be a BBQ dinner at Bayshore Resort at 5:30 pm, and folks are welcome to stay and go fishing for the evening. Boats will be available.

Board of Directors Election

Only current LSWC members are eligible to vote at an Annual general Meeting. The membership form is available Here.

If you wish to put your name forward for a board seat up for election you must fill out a Board of Director Nomination form, available Here. Municipal, Provincial and Indigenous groups self appoint a member to our Board, all other seats are voted on by the general membership at an AGM.
